Am I too far gone for this?
Almost nobody is. Full arch cases exist precisely because people wait. The only way to know your situation is a scan, which is the free part.
What if I have bone loss?
Bone loss is common and it does not automatically disqualify you. Grafting, zygomatic anchorage, and All-on-X angulation exist for exactly this. The scan tells us which applies.
Does it hurt?
Placement is done numb, and most patients compare recovery to an extraction rather than to something worse. Sedation options are discussed at the consultation.
What does it actually cost?
It depends on how many implants and what they carry, so any number quoted before a scan is fiction. You will get real figures in writing at your consultation, with monthly financing options.
Will I be judged for letting it get this bad?
No. People arrive here after years of temporary fixes and bad experiences. Dr. Roman's job is to look at where things are now and tell you the way forward.
